A local radio station recently started broadcasting programs for women in the traditionally conservative eastern Afghanistan province of Khost. The goal is to reach out to more women in the region through radio. VOA’s Ibrahim Rahimi has more from Khost in this report narrated by Bezhan Hamdard.
