Naomi Pomeroy is a young, successful chef working in Portland, Oregon. When she got into the business, she knew it was traditionally dominated by men, but that didn’t stop her. Today she is an award-winning professional, owner of a restaurant simply called Beast. She is also the author of a cookbook and a television personality.
